• Square Real Estates efforts are rewarded with the following fees: In the case of a sale, sale fees of 5% (2.5% from buyer, 2.5% from seller) and in the case of a rental, a leasing fee equivalent to 2 months rent (1 months rent from tenant, 1 month’s rent from owner).
